Deep Snow By Monday Morning
It's makeup time on the mountain! Today (Sunday) we're seeing mainly dry weather and cool conditions, so great skiing without the goggles. Tomorrow will be totally different as a powerful Pacific storm dumps a tremendous amount of powder on the mountain tonight.
The Details:
Mainly dry Sunday, but then heavy snow arriving sometime after sunset Sunday evening (6-8pm). Then very heavy snow in the overnight hours and into the first half of Monday. Snow level will waver between 3,000 and 4,000', ensuring that it will be all snow this time...no rain. Warmest part of the storm will be overnight Sunday night.
How much?
- 10-14" is likely at all elevations from late Sunday evening through sunrise Monday
- 4-6" after sunrise and through the day Monday.
- 14-20" total by Monday evening
Lots more snow, probably 2-4 feet, Tuesday through Friday. Much colder air means dry powder conditions Wednesday-Friday too.
Enjoy!
