What is considered a group?
A group is defined as 15 or more people, organized by a group leader. Birthday parties qualify for group rates with 10 or more people. Groups may be a combination of adults and children, and we request at least two weeks notice to book your group event.
Booking a group is fast and easy
First, pick your date. Start thinking of numbers and activities.
Second, get in touch with our group sales team. Fill out the RFP form and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to start planning your event!
Third, send in your signed contract, registration, release and rental forms for all participants no later than 3 days before your event. Lessons need to be booked at least two weeks in advance.
Last, prepare to relax and have some fun, while your group sales representative puts it all together for you!
Group Activity Options
Rent the Tube Hill, Day or Cosmic!
Rent the Tube Hill privately for you group! Semi-private rental of the day tubing hill includes use of the tube hill for four hours, single, tangent and quad tubes, conveyer tube lift, and use of Multorpor Lodge & Restrooms. Semi=private rental of the cosmic tubing hill includes use of the tube hill for up to four hours, single, tangent and quad neon tubes, laser lights, black lights, amplified music, conveyer tube lift, over 600,000 LED lights and use of Multorpor Lodge & Restrooms.
Frosty's Playland including the 2,400 sq.ft. indoor play zone are available if you have young children. Mutlorpor Cafe, 70 Meter Bar & Grill or Extreme Tube Hill open upon request, weather permitting.
The Semi-private Tube Hill Rental is available Monday-Friday for day events, and Sunday—Thursday for cosmic events, excluding holiday periods. Ask our group coordinator for details. McKenna@Go.Skibowl.com
