Multorpor Chair to Open for MLK Weekend!

Finally!

The Multorpor Chair is scheduled to open this Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Lift tickets will be discounted to $35 for the day, and all Skibowl season passes will be valid during the day – including night passes.

Along with the Multorpor chairlift, the West Rope Tow terrain park will be open with 10 rail features, as well as the Parking Lot rope tow for beginner lessons. Our state of the art snowmaking system has been able to maintain a 3’ base on the two rope tows and the tubing hill. Operating hours for the tows are 10:00am to 9:00pm Saturday through Monday. All base area services will be open as well, including the Olympic Ski School which is featuring a $24 learn to ski/snowboard package, rental & demo equipment, retail and restaurants.

The Mogul Busters kids ski school will operate out of their normal location at Skibowl East for the weekend. They will utilize the rope tows for their lessons, click here for program details and times.

The recent snow storm dropped over 14” of snow in a two day period, and with careful slope preparation and cold night temperatures, the grooming department has been able to prepare the Multorpor runs for skiing and riding this weekend. The Snow Tube and Adventure Park at Skibowl East will be open Saturday through Monday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Activities open include the tube hill conveyor lift, indoor super play zone, 800 foot long Zip Line, 100’ Free-fall Bungee Tower, Frosty’s Playland, mini snowmobiles and the Multorpor Lodge featuring a full service café and the 70 Meter Bar and Grill - get the best burgers on the mountain including our famous Salmon burger! The world’s only Cosmic Tubing will be open Wednesday 6:00pm to 10:00pm for a special session, Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 11:00pm and Sunday 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Celebrate this Saturday with fireworks and a live MC at the Saturday Night Lights event from 6:00pm to 11:00pm with the firework show at 8:00pm.

Summit Ski Area in Government Camp will honor all Skibowl and Fusion passes for the MLK weekend. Summits chairlift will operate Saturday through Monday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
